Celebration of International Yoga Day on June 21, 2017 where the entire school (Senior and Junior School students) participated in the yoga session to raise worldwide awareness of the many benefits of yoga. Various Aasanas like Bhadrasana, Gomukhasana, Ardhchakrasana and Tadasana were performed by the students to bring about holistic approach to health and well-being among the students. The combination of breath control, meditation, and flexible bodily postures enabled them to understand the need as well as importance of yoga which in turn will help them to lead a disciplined life.
Our constant endeavor has been to involve more and more students to take part in sports. Those inclined to sports are hand picked and trained in various disciplines by expert coaches free of cost during school hours and during the school vacations. These athletes get the opportunity to play at State and National levels. We have a proud record of laurels won by our athletes at various prestigious state and national events.
